Learning for Social Media Analytics : Week 14 Part B

 Learning for Social Media Analytics:

Facebook analytics, Instagram analytics, and youtube analytics... All of these social media platforms provide very useful information to allow a brand to see how their audience is growing, where their audience is, and what demographic their audience comes from.

Facebook analytics show many features that measure a brand's progress based on other posts, days, or amounts of time. From reviewing the analytics of the brewing company the first thing that I reviewed were the Insights. There were three categories within the Insights; People reached, Post engagement, and Page likes. With these three categories, it showed me within each one if they grew or if they decreased.

Another category that I found interesting was the top post chart. This category showed post, engagement, and reach. This is a very useful tool because it allows the company to see which posts their audience liked the most and which ones they didn't like as much. I feel that this is a very important tool to utilize when creating future content that your audience will love and engage in.

The last tool that Facebook provides that I am going to bring light to is the tool that shows what days are the best for their specific social media account to post. By knowing what days are the best to post allows the brewing company to post content that is engaging on their best days to get their audience engaged on other days. As well it allows the brewing company to fill in the gaps with their content on the not as good days.

Facebook analytics allow for a brand to grow a social media marketing plan that works best for their audience. With a handcrafted marketing plan to their audience, they can provide the best company for their viewers and go their audience as well.

Until next time,

Izzy
